Notes:
 there is no need to enter 'AND' between words though to search for an exact phase this should be enclosed in quotation marks - eg if trying to locate "offshore energy"
 the entry does not accept 'wildcards': try all keyword variants, including plurals, by including 'OR' (uppercase) eg consent OR consents, maintain OR maintenance
